Unfortunately, the MVC rejected my Atom, basically saying that the collector car exemptions didn't exist. I am pursuing one or two additional ideas, but at the moment it doesn't look good. I want to offer my deepest thanks to everyone who provided plate pics or other support during this process. Unfortunately, the DMV wasn't interested in what other states had registered Atoms. They didn't even want the car started - it was rejected by just sitting there.
