Not exactly the same thing. If that were the case Mexicans would've kicked Mexico out of 'Tejas'. Instead white european settlers grew tired of Mexico and started a war for Texas Independence. Basically carpet baggers kicked out Mexico. But I get what your saying, doesn't mean I'll remember it later though.. :)

It's all quite easy. There was this guy Napoleon, who lost a battle and his empire at Waterloo. Afterwards they had to draw a new map of Europe, so they joined Belgium to Holland, thus forming a bigger kingdom of the Netherlands. But the Belgians did not like the Dutch king and his high taxes, so they kicked him out - with a little help from their friends. The same thing that Texas did with the Mexicans, if I'm not wrong...

Oh if it was that easy. I'm a repetitive learner, have to bang my head against the wall at least twice... usually. ;D Guess I need to hop a plane and visit some year...

No - that was a Dutch one - our countries splitted around 1830, you know...

Minus that one that wrapped itself around the telephone pole (unless it's fixed now).

Welcome Alexis.
You are forgiven, my fellow countryman (in New Zealand) Apollyon25 also drives a pug. I am not sure if I should forgive him though.  LOL
If you ever get a chance to ride in an Atom that will be the moment you will make your decision.
They are not the smoothest, most practicle of vehicles by far. But they are the most fun of any motoring experience I have ever had.
