Well done mate, good to see the work has paid off..i need to start concentrating
Under 85Kgs, still can't be bothered to train so the weight is not falling off However, fruit smoothies every morning and no alcohol since the start. Can't beat the feelign of waking up with a clear head every day, well apart from every weekend when I could be in the pub watching a game of something
