Karl's advice seems like a good place to start especially if you find a used one.....if the item you seek exists you can add it as an adapter and buy a used one without the wait......that is if there's one still available used.

Honda-powered Atom IIs have a Hondata K-Pro ECU, your best bet would be to get a hold of Hondata to see whether adding an OBDII port would be feasible for your requirements!

Give Mark a call or Email at TMI  to see if the new Atom 3 will have one (or a UK guy will probably chime in here once they are up later today)

I'm interested in any Honda-powered Atom at this point that I can register.

Are you getting a used Atom (the older ones dont have OBD as far as I know) or a new Atom 3 (no idea if they will have one)?

Anyone know if any of the domestic Honda-powered Atoms have OBD II (On Board Diagnostic vs.2) connectors to make them emissions testing capable?  I'm interesting in obtaining an Atom and registering it in Nevada, and that's a requirement.
