Parking brake adjustment....

Yesterday I pulled out the parking brake so I could leave the car in neutral to start it without rolling back and it rolls. The handle comes way out and it must be out of adjustment.
Can someone please post how to adjust the parking brake. I have the Willwood track brakes if that matters.
