yeah exactly.....that IS how mine works....and I still ran out....allbeit I was going all out for most of the 40 miles....we were trying to run the prototype exhaust pretty hard to make sure it was solid

so that being said, it only turns on when it sees a certain voltage from the parameter....I don't know how to tune it so I have it set to come on basically when I floor it....and it also can come on gradually or full blast and I have it come on full blast.

obviously I don't know what I'm doing but from what everyone said, I'm in no real danger so I figured WTF...at least until we get it tuned then it will be set and left alone

Umm... you know... that its only supposed to turn on when your car reaches a certain boost level (or injector IDC or whatever).

Mine turns on full blast, at 7psi of boost.  Its not full blast when I'm driving down the road.

so on the phone Darth had made an off hand comment like just put it on full blast it won't hurt anything (since it's variable) well funny story (the car's not broken or anything) I put mine on full blast, and by the time I got home from a 40 mile journey, the entire 2.5 quarts was already gone, and I have no idea how long I was running with no water in the bottle....I couldn't believe that it was all gone since Bolus drove from Oregon to Okalhoma without running out...so word to the wise...probably don't need to have it on full blast whenever it starts spraying

I still don't know if the pump survived, hopefully today I'll find out.

I didn't - you have me confused with a prior poster.  But I do want to emphasize that temperature should not stand in the way of enjoying your car. 

As for bubbles and side screens - if you consider taking debris to the face and body wuss-like, then more will be guilty than just me.

just kidding....but the real difference is living in Texas the heaviest "winter" coat I own is what you would consider a wind breaker or jogging suit type....so would you drive in those conditions if that's the warmest clothing you had..........I'D HOPE NOT.

now you tell me    Actually I'm fine with it, it's a clean install, yeah it could have been a little cleaner but, for now I'm happy.

I just want the exhaust done so I can get to tuning and see what she's got!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the electrical harness runs out the console right above the fuel tank.  You can run wires or water lines there and it is all above the tank.  The console is open to the engine compartment.

it goes out the pump, then zip tied to the center console, then through the center console, out the back of the center console, and through the firewall.....I would have prefered to have it go through the tub.........but the pesky gas tank was in the way hehe.

So, it's mostly hidden, and what's not, is covered in loom....loom is a guys best friend haha.
